ECHOSTARS Incorporated began life officially in December 09. After our first year the school is no longer facing closure. Bright Stars School (BSS) is set for strong growth in 2011 and looking towards a bright future thanks to our many sponsors.

Chitto Halder has now joined BSS as a full time salaried administrator. Chitto is the founder of BSS and Society for Lowest Urban Mass, (SLUM) the registered Bangladesh charity that administers BSS. With Chitto Halder at the helm, BSS is now positioned to set a remarkable precedence for providing high quality education and welfare support to these disadvantaged children in Dhaka city and to assist the Mothers and families to climb out of poverty.”

Another storey has been completed including the installation of windows with security grills, doors and safety railings for stairs.
